Another episode of ‘Teen Mom 2′ means another drama-filled night. The saga continues for Jenelle Evans, Leah Messer, Kailyn Lowry, and Chelsea Houska as the girls continue to face difficult choices and try to grow up and move on with their lives.
On the Feb. 18 episode of Teen Mom 2, drama was once again at the forefront. While Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith decide that they want to have a baby together, Kailyn Lowry moves her son Isaac out of state without telling her ex, Leah Messer says goodbye to her best friend, and Chelsea Houska misses an opportunity to let Aubree spend time with her dad. Again.
Jenelle Evans & Nathan Griffith Decide To Have A Baby
The episode opens with Jenelle Evans, 22, spending some much needed quality time with her son, Jace. After a private swimming lesson, Jace tells Jenelle he doesn’t want to go home to Barbara‘s and that he wants to stay with her. However, when Jenelle calls up her mom Barbara to get permission to keep Jace for the night Barbara says absolutely not because Jace hasn’t been feeling well and really needs his rest. Later, Nathan encourages Jenelle to put up more of a fight for custody of Jace, which leads them into having a conversation about potentially having children together. Once they decide they definitely want to have a baby, Jenelle and Nathan take Barbara and Jace out to lunch to tell them the good news, but Babs is, of course, skeptical. Who can blame her?! Even though Jenelle is sober and living a better life with Nathan, Barbara thinks that Jenelle still needs to learn to put Jace first before having another baby. This doesn’t seem to bother Jenelle at all, because later on she tells her friend Tori over lunch that she’s stopped using birth control all together so that she can get pregnant. When Tori mentions that she is still facing potential jail time, Jenelle responds with: “I guess I’ll just have to deal with it.” It doesn’t seem like Jenelle has really put too much thought into this second pregnancy, does it?
Kailyn Lowry Moves Out Of State With Javi & Isaac
Kailyn has got a lot on her plate right now. Between being pregnant, planning her wedding ceremony to Javi Marroquin, and her custody battle over moving Isaac out of state with her ex, Jo Rivera, there’s so much going on for this Teen Mom. Thankfully one thing goes smoothly, and Kailyn finds out that Javi closed on the house they made an offer on. He even surprises her with a set of keys while out to dinner! Kailyn makes a decision not to tell Jo that they are moving into the new home without knowing what the judge is going to say as far as whether or not she legally can move Isaac out of state. Despite hesitations, the couple are quick to pack up their old place and move into their “dream” home without telling Jo or anyone else.
Leah Messer Says Goodbye To BFF Kayla Roush
Leah can’t seem to catch a break after finding out that her best friend Kayla Roush has gotten married and will be moving to Las Vegas in just a few short days. When her husband Jeremy calls to check in, it’s clear that Leah is upset about him still being away at work and now her best friend won’t be nearby, either. In some good news, Leah has found a stretch of land that she likes and thinks that her and the girls can live in a double-wide until she and Jeremy sell the house and can buy a manufactured home for the land. Meanwhile, Corey has an emotional conversation with his dad about his confrontation with Leah last week, and his dad seems to agree that letting Ali rely on a wheelchair is giving up hope. Towards the end of the episode, Leah makes a point to spend alone time at the nail salon with her daughter Aleeah so that she doesn’t feel left out after all of Ali’s doctor appointments. Later that same day, Leah and the girls say goodbye to Kayla for good.
Chelsea Houska Goes To Los Angeles Without Aubree
Chelsea continues going to aesthitician school while Aubree is still getting acclimated in pre-school. Since she didn.’t really get to celebrate her birthday, Chelsea plans a trip to Los Angeles with her BFF Megan. It’s a great opportunity for Chelsea to call up Aubree’s dad Adam to see if he can take her and spend a few days with her, but instead Chelsea sends Aubree to stay with her granddad, Randy. While in Los Angeles Megan teaches Chelsea how to roller blade and treats her to a birthday toast at lunch, and Chelsea really seems to enjoy the much-needed down time. Back home, Adam meets his pals Le and Randy for lunch to tell them that his new girlfriend, Taylor, is going to give birth to their daughter, Paisley, in the next 24 hours. Adam also shares that he is still planning to take Chelsea to court so that she is legally obligated to allow him to spend time with their daughter, Aubree
