Kylie Jenner turned the big 1-7 on Aug. 10 and she got a shoutout from Justin Bieber, 20! Justin posted a very sweet message on his Instagram about Kylie on her special day. Was Justin just being friendly or did he get a little flirty?

Whenever a Kardashian or Jenner girl turns a year older, their birthday is a grand affair. The youngest Jenner celebrated her 17th birthday on Aug. 10 and Justin just had to send his well wishes.
“Happy birthday @kyliejenner ;) glad I got to spend it with u. So dope watching u grow up” Justin wrote. Everyone caught a glimpse of that flirty smiley face, right? Justin also Instagrammed a very sexy picture of Kylie when she had her blue hair!
Aw! Kylie and Justin celebrated her birthday together! These two have been friends for quite some time now. Justin brought Kylie to a Floyd Mayweather fight in Las Vegas on May 3. Then, they cozied up on another date at the Rainbow Bar and Grill on May 27. Throughout the summer, Kylie has been posted some very steamy bathing suit pics of herself, prompting us to think she’s trying to tempt the Biebs.
It’s also worth mentioning that Justin did NOT wish his on-again-off-again ex, Selena Gomez, a happy birthday when she turned 22 on July 22. Ouch!
The Jenner Girls Cozy Up To Justin Bieber
Kylie’s not the only Jenner girl that Justin has grown closer to. At Riccardo Tisci’s 40th birthday party, Justin and Kylie’s sister, Kendall Jenner, 18, flaunted serious PDA!
One photo of them at the Ibiza birthday bash featured Kendall in a double smooch with Justin and his friend, Khalil. A little later, Justin posted a pic of him and Kendall on his Instagram and she’s making a flirty kissy face towards his neck!
