Demi Lovato has been super secretive about her personal life, but rumored boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama has broken his silence and tweeted the star a special birthday message. "I’ve been so proud of the strength and commitment you’ve gained for life. Keep inspiring us all! Happy birthday my Demi Lovato." Earlier this year she hinted that she’s ready for romance, telling Cosmo on Campus, "I’m in a place where I can finally trust and love and be a better person for the man I am in a relationship with, instead of being a clingy girlfriend or getting jealous." Lovato and Valderrama first hooked up in 2010, and soon after split and were rumored to be seeing each other again in 2011. Since then, Lovato has been linked to One Direction boy bander Niall Horan and Valderrama has been linked to actress Minka Kelly. With those relationships over, it seems as if both stars are giving their romance another go.
